Order processing: 1-3 business days.
Delivery: typically 9-15 business days from dispatch, though it can occasionally take longer. These times are estimates, not guarantees.

Shipping costs 2.99 €. Orders over a set amount qualify for free shipping - the threshold is shown at checkout.

Once your parcel ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your order in real time. Tracking is provided via Track123.

We work with international logistics partners, so some items ship from partner warehouses. We always give realistic timeframes - and if anything is ever delayed, we'll let you know ourselves rather than waiting for you to ask.

The delivery times listed above are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control (customs processing, carrier disruptions, or force majeure).

RECEIVED A DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEM?

Send a photo to info.thecosmis@gmail.com within 1 day of receiving your order - we'll send a replacement or issue a refund. In that case, there's no need to send anything back.
